Wedding Flower Contract

 It is my desire that your special day be beautiful and memorable as possible. I will work closely with you to have everything exactly as you wish. I will share photos with you thruout the design process to make sure everything that I have done is as you like. I have found that it is helpful for all concerned to have a clear understanding of my policies.  I ask that you please review, and feel free to ask any additional questions anytime by calling/ texting me at 716 490 4523.

 

Weddings require a deposit fee of 50%, which is the cost of your supplies and to secure your date at our initial consultation.  The fee for supplies may not be refundable if you choose to cancel your order.  If your supplies have yet to be ordered, your payment will be returned. If I have already ordered on your behalf, payment will not be refunded.  The remaining 50% of your balance is due one week prior to your event date. Payments can also be made monthly up to a week before your event. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, venmo, paypal, money order, or cash app.  Checks are allowed with understanding that a $30 charge will be applied for each check that comes back with insufficient funds. Checks may be payable to Mary Destro. Without the 50% deposit fee at the time of consultation, I will not be able to book your date and order. 

 

Changes-

I will do my best to accommodate your changing needs. If the date of your event changes with insufficient notice, I  may not be able to accommodate depending upon prior commitments to my other customers. If this situation occurs, I ask that you please let me know ASAP.  If you choose to add additional items to your order, please understand that additional supply costs  will be charged in your final payment.  

 

Forever Flowers by Mary prides itself to ensure that your wedding day is special. I am happy to provide a free consultation to discuss your specific dreams and requirements to make sure that your day is memorable. I will provide advice in relation to your flower order and styling options as best as possible, and agree to advise you of what we think will make your arrangements beautiful. 

 

Any further in person consultation maybe charged a fee of $10 per consult.  Phone consultations, texts have no additional charge fees.  

 

Contract of agreement:

 

I,                                                agree with the terms and conditions of the conditions listed above. I have proofread my confirmed wedding order and confirm that all of the details pertaining to my date, size of order, colors of flower, and  50% of my downpayment has been recieved by Forever flowers by Mary.  I have a time limit of one week after my initial consultation to change my order size,  colors , or cancel my order. I understand that supply cost is non-refundable if forever Flowers by Mary has already made the supply purchase on my behalf.  If I choose to change the size of my order, I understand that additional fees will be charged for supply costs at my final payment.  I agree to notify forever Flowers by Mary ASAP for any changes that may need to be made to my order.
